Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Claudia ("we," "our," "us"). By using our bot, which integrates with the TikTok Shop Affiliate API, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the bot.

These Terms apply to all users of our service, including administrators and managers of TikTok Shop accounts, who use the bot for managing affiliates, orders, and other related tasks.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Claudia bot, you agree to the following:

  • You are authorized to access and manage your TikTok Shop account.

  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

  • You are providing us with access to your TikTok Shop data through OAuth authentication.

3. Description of Service

Our bot, Claudia, connects with the TikTok Shop Affiliate API to:

  • Approve or decline affiliate applications.

  • Pull order and affiliate data for reporting.

  • Send onboarding messages to approved affiliates.

This service is intended for use by TikTok Shop administrators who wish to automate or streamline their affiliate management process.

4. Data Collection

By using our bot, you grant us access to certain data from your TikTok Shop account, including but not limited to:

  • Affiliate Information: Applications, status updates, and onboarding.

  • Order Information: Data regarding affiliate-driven sales and related orders.

This data will only be used for the purposes described in these Terms and in accordance with your privacy settings.

5. User Obligations

As a TikTok Shop admin:

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper authorization to allow the bot to access your TikTok Shop data.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TikTok Shop credentials and ensuring that unauthorized parties do not gain access to your data.

6. User Rights

You retain ownership of your TikTok Shop account and all associated data. We do not claim ownership over your TikTok Shop data. By using our bot, you grant us the necessary permissions to access and interact with your TikTok Shop data to provide the service.

7. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We store OAuth credentials and API keys securely and will not share them with third parties. However, you are responsible for the security of your TikTok Shop credentials and for keeping them confidential.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the bot if:

  • We detect any unauthorized access or misuse of the bot.

  • You violate any provisions of these Terms.

You may also terminate your use of the bot at any time by disabling it in Feishu.

9. Limitation of Liability

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the data provided by TikTok Shop through the API. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the bot or reliance on any data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the bot after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in China.
